March 2015 Expedition Summary

Southern China 2015

I first met Yau-Sun Tong in 2006 when he gave a presentation in Mahone Bay and I have been on his email list ever since, hoping to take one of his small group tours. Life doesn’t always go the way you plan and I wasn’t able to travel to China with him until this year – 2015 – but it was worth the wait. Sometimes when you take the plunge, you worry that the trip will not meet your expectations. After all, I had built it up in my mind for almost a decade. That was certainly not the case. Every day was filled with wonderful experiences – the people, the scenery and the food were all fabulous. I can hardly wait to go on another of these cultural/photographic adventures. Life is a journey and that journey is not complete without travelling in China with Yau-Sun.
